Camping
Austin and Ian both needed to earn some scouting badges, and we really haven't done a lot of camping this year, so we headed up Big Cottonwood for a night. It's so nice to drive 20 minutes and you're there. We made Dutch oven chicken, potatoes, and cobbler for dinner. We went on a hike the next morning after eating pancakes and hash browns. There was a stream right on our campsite, and I could not keep Ian out of it.

SO fun! I bet Gregg wont go camping without you now that he's tasted your food camping after his last adventure without you! that is great!
