Ian's grade did the Mexican Hat Dance with giant parachutes. Austin's grade danced to Hannah Montana. I think he was a little embarrassed. Alli, Maddy, and Jillian had just as much fun dancing on the sidelines as the school kids did performing. They both did such a good job.
Field Day
I ran one of the rotations for field day, and it was a lot of fun. My friend, Lesley, was in charge, and she brought her family's old fire truck to hose down all the school kids. It was a huge hit (look how soaked Austin is). After, she drove a few neighborhood kids home on the fire truck. My kiddos thought they were pretty cool.
